We have just purchased about 3000 indie/punk/rock-titles which we will start selling at the end of next week. Expect loads of classics and a lot of fine titles in the bargain sections as we will need to sell duplicates fast because of lack of space in our shop.

Since last update we have literally been flooded with interesting records traded into our HQ - thanks for that !!!! ( So we must be doing something right when we pay well for top titles...)

The easiest would just be to visit our shop here in Aarhus to see for yourself, but as we love namedropping here is a small list of artists: Smiths, Slowdive, My Bloody Valentine, Chapterhouse, A-ha,(?) We Bought about 5000 records since the last time this page was updated, so this is our bad excuse for not being too active here - just watch our new additions page which is overfloating with hot stuff.

We have been listing (and will continue for a while) loads and loads of super cool jazz, italo, breakbeat, electronica, house and techno records as we have bought the collection of a well respected Danish top-dj.

Sorry about the long abscence of updates. Major reasons are that we have been quite busy listing records as well as we have been to the large record fair i Utrecht, Holland.

The list of new records in our shop since last update is quite large, but highligts include a major Stereolab collection with loads of the rarest titles. Furthermore we have also got a bunch of classic indie and post punk records including Fire Engines, This Heat, Wire, Blur, PJ Harvey etc. You better check out our catalogue yourself.

We have just purchased a 3000 piece collection with loads of interesting and collectable stuff. First of all it contains a good bunch of the rare Danish psych and prog lp's such as Young Flowes, The Old Man and the Sea, Furekåben, Burnin' Red Ivanhoe, Ache etc. etc. Furthermore there is a massive collection of Danish Beat and Garage 7" 's and lp's with artists including Money Makers, Ashtrays, Vanguards, Les Rivals etc. Besides from these highligts we will also be listing and selling loads of foreign pressing singles, promos, acetates etc on the following websites: QXL og EBAY . Very nice times at the moment as records just can't stop pouring into our head quarter. we have just bought a massive 90´s indie collection with loads of rare and interesting goodies. Too many to mention, but loads of Creation, 4ad, Sarah, Flying Saucer Attack, Stereolab, Pavement, Sonic Youth, Fall etcetcetc. Further more we have got our hands into some fine soul and funk records.

We are at the moment clearing out our cd-selection and have a huge 25 dkr. each for all used cd's in our shop in Aarhus.

Finally back after a looong and nice summer holiday-abscence. Records have been pouring in during the summer and we are at the moment busy listing loads of interesting stuff which has been delivered into our shop during the hot (?) days of July. Quite a lot of various styles such as quite a lot of jazz and moore groovy stuff as ECM and Pharoah Sanders. Some harder stuff including Darkthrone, Carcass, White Zombie and Autopsy. Finally a bunch of sough after indie-gems such as the first God Machine 2lp, a bunch of Sonice Youth records and a minor McCarthy-collection.

Pheew, sorry about the delay in updating this page, but , times flies when you are having fun. Been spending time on record-fairs and sorting and pricing loads of new records. Most of which are now finally being being listed here and put in our news section in our shop. Loads of rare classic contemporary stuff like Mayhem, Current 93, Death in June as well as loads of classic 60's and 70's rock and psych. Pretty fine things actually.

We are at the moment doing a clearing out of a lot of doublets and more obscure titles to make some more space in our office. Loads of titles has been reduced about 25 percent...but only on the internet...So happy hunting. Coming up soon will be a some very fine post-rock and shoegaze lps from the 90's. Stereolab, Red House painters, Slowdive, porcupine tree etc.

Pweeew, quite a hard job to get trough all those interesting and obscure records. Pretty much everything from our 4000 pieces punk/post-punk/indie-collection is now online and ready for looking at and ordering. We have just returned from the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, which is the world's largest recordfair. We bought some very interesing titles which will occur here soon.

We are proud and honoured to announce that we have just purchased a gigantic record collection of 4000 really interesting items. The collection consists of mainly English punk and power pop with everything from signed items, coloured vinyls to limited editions and shaped picture discs. Loads of first wave and bigger names. More than 130 items by Sex Pistols – 50 items by The Clash – 75 items by Damned etc. But also literally hundreds of start 80´s private pressings and not so big names as Adicts, Crisis, Exploited, The Fall, Crass, 4 Skins, Slaughter and the Dogs etc. In the collection there also some new wave and indie stuff like Gang of Four, Stereolab, Spiritualized and Nirvana. We will list it during the next couple of weeks starting with the LP’s. If you are looking for something particular, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

It has been a bloody cold week here in Aarhus. We have just got our hands on some very fine hip hop and breakbeat records, which we have just started listing. ....sorry about the abscence...we have been away for summerholidays and have returned with a lot of work we have just bought 1200 indie/punk/technopop 7"-singles with loads of fine tunes mainly from the 80-90´s. Artists include Orange Juice, Jam, Depeche Mode, Eels, Dirty Tree, Mogwai, Merzbow - as well as quite a lot of quite obscure and very interesting private pressings. In other words: If you collect 7"´s from the last two decades there should be plenty of gems for you here.

Sorry about the updating absence...We have been very busy sorting and listing two very extensive and interesting collections we have just bought. One very fine collection of 500 mostly US punk/hardcore/indie records such as Hüsker Dü, Poison Idea, Sonic Youth, Nomeansno, but also a small amount of UK goodies as The Fall, and Wire. The other 400+ collection is for worshippers of satan, beelzebub, lucifer etc...in other words loads of metal spanding from NWOBHM, trash, and early death metal. A selective namedropping could be: Venom, Voivod, Morbid Angel, Death, Metalllica and Bathory.

Well, well, well time for an update. First of all we just put 650 really interesting records - hand picked from a private collection of thousands. Loads of different styles, childrens records, psychedelic, soul, funk, punk, spoken word and many obscure and weird pressings. To name a few...Mo-dettes, Ravi Shankar (Indian Pressing), stop smoking courses, Henry Miller spoken word, De La Soul, Ventures, Isaac Hayes, etc etc...In other words some really interesting stuff up for grabs. Well, where do we begin. A nice week for incoming records. We has just bought about 70 The Smiths / Morrissey items. A collection with loads of colour vinyls, different covers and records from exotic countries. We have also just received some nice punk 7"s and a bunch of nice metal records - stuff like Carnivore and Bathory. A few industrial records like Coil, Death in June and Nurse With Wound. Biggest news for sure is the record collection that we will list within the next couple of weeks. 350 indie and gothic lps and 12", mostly 80'ies stuff. Loads of rare items from Echo and the Bunnymen, Bauhaus, My Bloody Valentine, Spacemen 3, Birthday Party, Sonic Youth, Swans, Chameleons, House of Love, Monster Magnet etc. etc. etc....Actually a very fine collection even by our usually high standards!?!...

Martin and Mette with whom we share our shop has just given birth to a small boy last week - so congratulations and best wishes goes out to them!!! Also new in is a collection of about 200 mostly UK indie/Twee/electronica 7"-singles from late 90´ies up to today. Loads of obscure but very interesting music from interesting labels such as Ochre, 555, Elefant, Roisin etc. Artists includes Pram, Broadcast, Epic 45, Juy Skies, Solex, Electroscope, delgados, STYLUS and even a Franz Ferdinand 7".

Just a short news update this week. we are currently running auctions of some of the tons of obscure and rare records we have in stock. Check this out  to see what is up for grabs. Not at lot in this week if you look on quantity. However we have got our hands on some 60 really nice and avantgarde/drone cds which for sure is worth mentioning. If you are into the likes of Charlemagne Palestine, Phill Niblock, Häpna Records, John Cale etc....there should be something for you. If not... we have just received a good bunch of classic Deep Purple lps.

Pheew, spent the last couple of weeks rebuilding the shop so that you as a customer can get a much easier picking here. At the same time we are running through our not-in-the-shop-stock so a lot of forgotten gold has shown up here. Latest news ins include a pretty cool Current 93 collection with loads of long out of prints cds and vinyl, a bunch of hip hop vinyls, both some rarely seen Danish stuff as Sund Fornufts first lp and some quite nice mainstream-stuff. Finally we will be listing som supercool psychelic records that we just got our hands on.

oooh-lala what a x-mas and a happy new-year for those who survived. Lots of stuff happening at the moment. Biggest news is the launching of our new label black-light.org which has three records coming up during this winter/spring. First of all a compilation of local electronic/folk/freesomething-mayhem. Next offerings will be Robert Pflech and Ear & Dark – more of whom we will keep you updated on this website.

On the incoming stuff front we have received 500-600 indie/punk titles – too much to mention here, but loads of Pavement, Smashing Pumpkins, Dino Jr, Sonic Youth-like stuff Rrrrrrr. Furthermore a supersupersuper lot of Warp lps should arrive this week too – Black Dog, Polygon Window, Fuse, LFO...
So in other words: Forget about Whitney and Wham...Here comes the slam....
